Who is Go Adventure?

Go Adventure is a boutique travel agency dedicated to streamlining the logistics of your journeys. With a focus on customer satisfaction and enthusiasm, we facilitate a wide spectrum of services, including domestic and international flight bookings, top-tier accommodation arrangements, hassle-free car rentals, curated destination packages, seamless group travel planning, and comprehensive travel insurance solutions.

Where is Go Adventure based?

Our office is based at 125 Main Road, Vrykyk, Paarl, but we have staff working remotely across South Africa.

What payment options do you accept?

On our website we use a 3rd party payment service provider, Peach Payments, to facilitate online card transactions.

When using our travel planners, you can choose to pay with a payment link or make an EFT. We have a Nedbank and FNB account.

How do I cancel my booking?

Different airlines, hotels and service providers have their own cancellation policies in place. In the unfortunate event of our clients needing to cancel a booking, we will do our best to assist you with the process. For our general cancellation policies with Go Adventure, please refer to our Ts & Cs.

You can speak to the agent who assisted you or you can send an email to cancel@goadventure.travel providing us with as much information about your booking as possible.
