The Pioneer Lodge was just perfect. Extremely clean, friendly, well and appropriately decorated with very good taste. The gardens are exquisite and well cared for as well as the two sparkling swimming pools. Excellent restaurant with great attention to detail and nothing lacking. The perfect African ambience and experience. We visited the famous, historic Victoria Falls Hotel and stayed for lunch. We were greeted by a family of warthogs running across the garden and enjoyed roaming through the history laden passages. We had an amazing experience at the Falls.....breathtaking and the same lovely, friendly staff. The drumming Boma was a great experience...warthog on the spit and the real African vibe with the huge buffet style dinner with African dancers and drumming. We were all given drums to participate. The taxis over there are nothing like we have here. There they are modern, clean, air conditioned and the drivers are well dressed and very friendly, professional sharing their stories and history of the town. One only has to wait five tho ten minutes for one to arrive. The Sunset Cruises were memorable with many animal sighting along the banks and the hippos in the river. Excellent service from "Go Adventure" on our recent trip to Pappa Grappa in Paarl , from Gordon's bay. The bus was clean and comfortable and our driver, Uwe was courteous and friendly. He arrived on time to collect us and take us home and is an excellent and safe driver. Highly recommend for business outings and or parties/weddings including airport trips. The gifts, including cold drinks at no extra charge were most welcome and a very special touch. We will certainly use Go Adventure in future. A big thank you to the Go Adventure Travel team for organizing an unforgettable 3 week trip to Bali. Flights, check in, seats and all travel in Bali by boat or car was organized, pick ups on time with good communication from the local agent in Bali. We stayed in six locations and accommodation was well located, clean , with working aircon and amazing swimming pools.
