Before a single booking is made, we take the time to truly get to know you. What excites you? What calms you? What are your dreams for this adventure? And our commitment doesn’t end once your booking is confirmed. We continue the journey with you every step of the way: from doing your online flight check-in, checking in with you during your trip to ensure everything is perfect, and making sure you make it back home safely, filled with incredible memories.

Now, we won’t claim that our Travel Management Service is unique. We’re sure there are other fantastic companies out there who also offer comprehensive support. But what we will say is that once you book with us, you’ll immediately feel like family. We aim to be that one person you know you can call, no matter what time or day it is. And that, my dear traveller, is why we charge our Travel Management Service Fee. In an ideal world, we would love to offer our services for free, but frankly, kids need to go to school, medical bills need to be paid, and well, life happens, you know? Imagine if, at the end of the month, your boss approached you and asked, “So, can we make your salary this month a bit less? I found a candidate who can do your job for a cheaper rate.” It just wouldn’t work, right? Our fee ensures we can continue to deliver the exceptional, personal service you deserve.

Today’s tale is one I’ll never forget, and it perfectly illustrates why we pour so much of ourselves into what we do. It’s a story that reminds us how deeply we love all our Go Adventure Travellers.

Once upon a time, we had two clients who preferred to travel with cash. They were enjoying their adventure through Spain, and one late afternoon, I received a very panicked phone call from one of our agents. Her client had just sent a WhatsApp, completely freaked out. They had forgotten their cash travel wallet in the safe of the hotel room they just left, and they were now sitting on a train, en route to their next destination hours away.

Back then, our office line wasn’t set up, and I was the only one able to call internationally. Also, how on earth did people manage without the internet for these kinds of emergencies? I had to call the hotel while desperately trying to use Google Translate to speak very butchered Spanish. After about 30 minutes of frantic communication, I miraculously managed to secure the travel wallet. Then, with fingers crossed, I found a trustworthy courier service and, against all odds, managed to get it to their next hotel, several hours away.

The relief was immense! Our clients trusted us, they knew we would do everything we could to help them with this horrid situation, and we were incredibly happy when they informed us that they had safely received their travel wallet at their new hotel.
